Start With a Consultation
When you do your first consultation (in person or via video call), the Ten Week Health Slim Diet will be explained to you in detail. Your Strydom Medi Centre doctor will then based on your height and current weight, work out your meal plan and supply you with all the injections, vitamins and tonic you are going to use on your weight loss journey. You will also be explained and demonstrated in detail when and how to use the different products.
Before your first consultation you will pay for your ten week Health Slim Diet plan in full and in advance.

Your Health Slim Diet Includes:

Meal plan (according to your individual height and weight)

One consult per week with a medical doctor for the next 10 weeks (either in person or via Skype or Zoom)

60 Multivitamin capsules

60 Homeopathic tablets (indicated for water retention)

70 β-HCG (125iu) injections

Please note you will have to inject yourself once a day for the next 70 days, using the β-HCG injections. Your doctor will give you complete instructions and details.
Why do I have to see a doctor once a week?
We believe it is important because we need to;
- Track your progress,
- Keep you motivated,
- Be available to you to answer all or any questions you may have,
- If you are not losing weight, we will be able to find the problem during these sessions,
- Administer your injections (if you can`t come in for a consultation, you will be shown by your doctor how to do it, via Skype or Video Call)
What if I can`t collect my Health Slim Diet Pack or consult in person?
That is not a problem; we can post or courier everything directly to you. We will arrange consultations over Skype or Video call, you will just have to administer the injections yourself and have a working scale. (Don`t worry about injecting yourself, the doctor on call will explain in detail how to administer your injections.) Please note you will be held responsible for all postage or courier fees.
What if I want to continue with the Health Slim Diet after the first 10 weeks?
After joining the Health Slim Diet, you will be able to do a maintenance program with us. The Maintenance program is only R2000.00
The Maintenance Course consists of the following:

Can I buy any products separately?
Only after you have completed your first 10 weeks of Health Slim Diet with us, will you be able to buy products. You can buy the following:
